Moser's Austrian Cafe Located in my hometown of New Carlisle, IN. this is a small restaurant that features German/Austrian food along with beverages. Most of these beverages are imported from Austria making it very authentic. the business is doing well even moving to a bigger venue recently just a couple buildings away from their original location. I would like to see what it takes to be a successful business in todays economy as well as why they chose a location that isn't as populated as others in this area. Also the work involved with producing authentic food in a "foreign" land.
